With perfectly coordinated units, we create various units available that we customer-specific and on adapted to your needs combining:
The longitudinal sanding units of Heesemann surface sanding machines are equipped with the proven CSD® magnetic pressure beam system. Optionally, they can be equipped with an eccentric front deflection drum mount for easy calibration work, an internal pressure disc band and the even finer CSD® plus system.
For wood surfaces, the cross-sanding process is recognized as the best sanding result. This involves first sanding across the wood grain and then sanding in the direction of the grain with one or more units.
When sanding frames and other workpieces with different grain directions, sanding across the grain cannot be avoided. The resulting abrasive marks can be seen very clearly, especially with dark stains. The Heesemann orbital sanding unit removes these traces.
The unit operates on the basis of frequency-controlled, eccentric oscillation with a large stroke. An additional slat pressure system moves between the pressure bar and an oscillating sanding belt across the feed.
As a result, the sanding marks of the vibrating sanding belt are interrupted and a harmonious sanding pattern is achieved without annoying sanding marks.
The Heesemann contact roller units are available both as steel rollers and in rubberized versions of different Shore hardnesses. Both versions are available with various roll diameters.
The DB-S is used to brush and easily structure the surface of the workpieces. 5 heads, each with 2 disc brushes, rotate slightly across the workpiece surface at high speed, thus eliminating annoying sanding marks.
The RUT plate brush unit consists of 18 plate brushes, which are arranged in such a way that contours can be sanded out of previously unattainable quality. All areas are sanded evenly in different directions.
The frequency control of the drives makes it possible to continuously adjust the rotational speed of the plate brushes and their rotational speed across the feed direction.
The disc brushes can be equipped with two different abrasives at the same time and thus grind with different grits in both directions and backward.
The unit can be converted, for example, from plate brushes with sanding equipment to structuring brushes in just a few simple steps with the help of the quick-change device.
The RUL unit consists of 6 orbiting satellites, each of which carries a sanding flake roller 370 mm wide and 350 mm diameter.
By orbiting the satellites in conjunction with their rotation around both their vertical and horizontal axes, workpieces are processed equally intensively from all directions, which no other brushing process on the market achieves.
Thanks to the unique kinematics, in addition to vacuum, it is possible to use pressure rollers to fix the workpieces on the conveyor belt. This is a unique advantage, especially for long, narrow parts and warped workpieces.
A variety of brush units with various trimmings for sanding and structuring are available for Heesemann sanding machines. The brush units can be placed at an angle to the feed or can be provided with an oscillation.
One ionization rod each for the top and bottom of the workpieces is part of the basic equipment of the Heesemann EA 10 dust removal system. Ionization significantly reduces the charge of statically adhering dust.
The rotating radiation is used to remove sanding dust from the surface, e.g. before painting
Power nozzles act vertically or slightly obliquely on the surface and into the holes. The particles rise up and flow through the integrated vacuum channel for extraction. The entire compressed air-activated flow transports particles into the tornado channel.
Cleaning brushes to easily remove dust from the surface.
Wandres Sword Brushes® always wipe across the transport direction of the surface to be cleaned. The proven Ingromat® process guarantees the gentle and safe removal of dust and coarser particles from the surface. A thin film of liquid is applied to the tips of the bristles. The resulting capillary adhesive force binds particles to be removed to the bristles.
