Workpiece inspection lamp

The magnetic workpiece inspection lamp from Heesemann is available for HSM Compact, HSM New Edition and MFA Impression machine types built in 2024 and can be ordered or retrofitted with immediate effect.

  • The light can be switched on and off in the terminal
  • It is attached to the outlet plate with magnets
  • From there, the lamp can be removed by hand and the workpiece can thus be examined

Even minor error messages or application errors can mean that your sanding unit is not ready for use. It can often take hours or even days for a service employee to be on site due to distance and availability. That can really cost money! Heesemann Virtual Service Solution enables fault diagnosis and problem resolution in real time. All you need is a smartphone or tablet. This allows you to send us a live image, and together with our technicians, we analyse the situation online, identify sources of error and guide you step by step to a solution. Marking on the screen or transmitting documents is easy and immediate. As a result, our service employees are available for you virtually any time and thus minimize your downtime.

Heesemann offers another solution Online service package. In doing so, we establish a secure connection with your system, and after the connection has been established, our service expert can see all relevant data about your machine. This allows him to diagnose processes and influence all functions without being on site — even during ongoing production.

Machine upgrade

It doesn't always have to be a new machine. But no one should notice that but you.

Heesemann sanding machines are an investment for eternity. Machines that have been in use by our customers for 30 years or longer are not uncommon at Heesemann. Even though they would in principle run for many more years, a “new look” is also good for these machines. But it doesn't have to be a new machine right away. It's almost new too: Heesemann Rebuild.

With Heesemann Rebuild, you can choose the degree of renewal: from replacing individual elements, such as the control system, to a complete general overhaul of your Heesemann, anything is possible (feasible for machines built in 1995-2012).

Your advantage: You guarantee the production reliability of your machine for many more years and minimize the risk of complete failure.

The general overhaul is available in three different upgrade stages. All packages include a new controller and its components (= electrical rebuild) as well as a 12-month warranty on all new parts.

  • Advanced package: In addition, all parts that come into contact with the tools and workpieces are changed
  • “As new” package: The machine is completely dismantled, cleaned, repainted and equipped with the latest components.

Rely on Heesemann's service and spare parts. Because there is nothing better than the original for excellent sanding results. All services, maintenance offers and spare and wear parts are available directly from us at significantly improved conditions. As a manufacturer, we pass on the volume discounts that we receive from our suppliers directly to you. For example, you can get the original sanding kits and disc brushes from our long-standing partner FlexTrim directly from us. Only when combined with powerful units and high-quality brush tools, do excellent processing results result.

Our experts have put together special maintenance kits for units, workpiece recognition or transportation for you. In this way, you get original spare parts as a complete package at an attractive price and can thus save up to 15%. The packages are perfectly tailored to your machine and contain only original manufacturer-quality spare parts, such as steel plates, gearshift levers or radiation pipes.

To reduce any downtime of your Heesemann machines to a minimum, we offer a high availability of original spare parts. These meet the strict requirements for functionality and durability and are either manufactured directly in our company or by selected suppliers we trust. Original Heesemann spare parts are no different from the parts installed in new machines. They therefore offer perfect product safety, maximum machine availability and ensure that you retain the value of your Heesemann in the long term. And since we know how durable a Heesemann is, we of course also have spare parts available for older generations of machines.

Warranty extension

Warranty Extension Flyer

Ensure maximum operational safety and optimum sanding results with regular maintenance of your Heesemann. Heesemann machines are known for their robust construction and durability. Some of our systems have been in operation for up to 30 years without significant disruptions. We rely on the good quality of our machines and therefore offer you a extended warranty of up to 48 months. And the good thing about it: the degree is for you completely free! You will only be charged for service assignments and wear parts.

  • Protection against unexpected repair costs even after the statutory manufacturer warranty has expired
  • Free repair, repair or replacement in case of warranty
  • Retains the value of your plant or system, as it can be transferred to subsequent owners and is valid worldwide

Requirements for graduation:

  • For machines built after 2021
  • Can be concluded at any time before the standard warranty expires
  • Customer service carries out the recommended paid service and assembly work on your machine every 9 months
  • Only original is optimal: During this extension period, only original Heesemann wear parts may be used in your machine, otherwise the warranty expires
