Josef Eibl, Josef Eibl GmbH
The Eibl GmbH user report is in the June issue of BM Magazine and online appeared.
At first glance, Josef Eibl GmbH from Aham, Bavaria, is a completely normal carpenter's workshop. But Josef Eibl not only focuses on classic carpentry work, but also processes aluminum and the solid material Varicor. Varicor is a polyester resin-bonded solid material that is resistant to disinfectants and chemicals and is therefore ideal for use in sanitation, pharmaceuticals and medicine. This results, for example, in washbasins for hotels, hospitals and private individuals. And because customers usually want complete solutions, Eibl offers everything from a single source.
Josef Eibl loves challenges and therefore dares to break new ground with both materials and technology. Daniel's jet driver in the wood industry is known for his unusual approach, and word has spread: If you're looking for solutions, he and his team are the right choice for you.
Josef Eibl is constantly investing in its machinery in order to be able to meet a wide range of customer requirements. Josef Eibl is an avowed HOMAG fan, and due to the existing partnership between HOMAG and Heesemann, it was obvious to replace the aging Bütfering grinding machine with a Heesemann. The all-round talent MFA Impression by Heesemann is his latest achievement. The 4-band press is equipped with a contact roller, a transverse sanding unit, a longitudinal sanding unit with pressure lamellar belt and the DB-S disc brush unit. In addition to wood, Varicor is sanded — no problem for the Heesemann impression.
Josef Eibl was impressed by Heesemann's technological superiority compared to all competing machines. Because at first glance, they all look similar and promise flawless surfaces. But Josef Eibl, whose secret passion is machine optimization, knows his stuff and takes a close look. A big difference lies in the CSD® pressure beam system from Heesemann with automatic pressure adjustment via wear-free magnets. What only a few users know is that the ratio of scanning elements to pressure bar segments is so high that even small differences in the inflow area are included in the calculation of pressure per segment. “Grinding”, particularly on the edges of the workpiece, is therefore ruled out.
And when it comes to aggregates, Heesemann also scores points with a solution that is second to none: the patented plate brush unit DB-S® consists of 5 satellites, each of which receives two plate brushes with a diameter of 150 mm. The direction and speed of rotation of the satellites and the plates can be adjusted independently to ensure the ultimate flexibility and performance of the application. Depending on the application, different plates can be used. Plates with sanding strips for processing three-dimensional workpieces, for breaking edges or for intermediate lacquer sanding, plates with Anderlon or stranded wire for structuring or texturing, or sanding pad pads for sanding and finishing the surface.
Neither technology is available in this form from any other provider. Josef Eibl's eyes sparkle and he really goes into raptures when he talks about his Heesemann. It is not for nothing that he and his team call himself “Die Fantruppe aus Niederbayern”. That says it all...
