  • Contact person for customers and retailers
  • Dispatch processing including preparation of shipping documents
  • Preparation of country-specific export documents and customs processing
  • Monitoring the timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Coordination and appointment of freight forwarders/couriers
  • Complaint processing

Our expectations of you

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • Distinctive technical understanding
  • Professional experience in export, customs knowledge, third-country shipping
  • Written and spoken English
  • Experienced use of MS Office package
  • Knowledge of CRM system (MS Dynamics) and ERP system
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • High level of motivation, reliability and ability to work in a team
