- Contact person for customers and retailers
- Dispatch processing including preparation of shipping documents
- Preparation of country-specific export documents and customs processing
- Monitoring the timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Coordination and appointment of freight forwarders/couriers
- Complaint processing

- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Distinctive technical understanding
- Professional experience in export, customs knowledge, third-country shipping
- Written and spoken English
- Experienced use of MS Office package
- Knowledge of CRM system (MS Dynamics) and ERP system
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- High level of motivation, reliability and ability to work in a team
