We see ourselves as an industrial manufacturer, meaning we combine the perspectives of two worlds: craftsmanship and industrial production. This is reflected in both our customer structure and the various areas of application within our company. Thanks to our extensive in-house production, we offer an exciting and diverse work environment unlike almost any other medium-sized company. From development and design, through our in-house welding and production, to application technology, service, or our commercial departments, there's a suitable task for almost everyone.
• Technical Documentation: Create, maintain, and further develop CE-compliant operating instructions, as well as assembly and maintenance instructions, including assembly instructions for service cases. You consistently rely on AI: You build agents, workflows, and skills that gradually take over the creation, maintenance, and translation of documents for you.
• You structure documents and text modules so that they can be translated into all required languages with AI support.
• You document new assemblies and machine modules and integrate them into the existing modular series documentation.
• For each machine delivery, you compile the documentation package and ensure its completeness.
• Administrative Patent Coordination: Maintain an overview of the patent portfolio: status, deadlines, and fees.
• Responsible, varied, and challenging tasks in a motivated and dedicated team.
• Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
• Individual development opportunities and the prospect of long-term cooperation.
• 30 days of vacation.
• Employee benefits: Through the Corporate Benefits platform, our employees benefit from attractive conditions for products and services.
• BusinessBike Leasing.
• Strong AI affinity: You enjoy building AI agents, workflows, and skills and want to be a pioneer in the use of artificial intelligence.
• Technical understanding as a basis to thoroughly comprehend machines and their documentation.
• The ambition to take technical documentation to the next level.
• Knowledge of CE-compliant machine documentation (structure, mandatory content, standards) is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Training or degree as a Technical Editor, Media Designer, Mechanical Engineering Technician, or similar, alternatively, relevant professional experience. Career changers with experience in documentation and basic CE knowledge are also very welcome.
• Good German and English, both written and spoken, as well as enjoyment in reading even longer, complex documents.
• Meticulous, structured approach and a design sensibility for clear, visually professional documents.
