FBA 8

The FBA 8 is a special machine for processing veneer sheets with thicknesses between 0.4 mm and 5 mm. Grooved steel and rubber contact rollers can be combined to form a configuration with up to four units. A special guidance of the veneers through a combination of pressure rollers and pressure lips enables an absolutely accurate calibration and a clean sanding of the veneer surface. The height positioning is done on each roller unit by servomotors. This setting can therefore be made fully automatically and independently for each roller with the highest precision.
