OSR

When sanding frame parts or other work pieces with different grain directions, sanding against the grain direction cannot be avoided. The sanding marks produced are clearly visible, especially when using dark stains. With the OSR, all sanding marks are effectively removed. DB-S planetary head units for breaking the edges and sanding out the deeper surfaces can be combined with orbital sanding units. The stationary, vibrating sanding belt of the OSR unit removes the sanding marks from the upstream sanding machine. The result is an absolutely smooth surface.
