The Heesemann edge and profile sanding machines use belt-sanding units and brush units for a constant sanding of the work piece edges. The UKP 20 can process both straight and curved edges, as well as multi-level profiles. Thanks to the flexible suspension of the sanding shoes, the units can be optimally adapted to the profile tolerances. The UKP systems can also be equipped with milling units, paint application systems and UV drying systems. With the profile tool-sanding machine PWS-T, which is available as an accessory, the mating profiles required for profile sanding can be created.
