Pascal Diller

Head of Engineering | Management at Heesemann

Pascal Diller heads engineering at Heesemann and is responsible for the development, modularization and technological development of grinding machines. He stands for the combination of engineering, process optimization and digitalization in mechanical engineering.

Pascal Diller is Head of Engineering and Member of Executive Management at Karl Heesemann Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG. He is responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a six-person engineering team and leads the development of customer-specific design projects.

With his team, he works on the continuous optimization of existing systems as well as on the development, prototyping and certification of new, scalable machine architectures. In doing so, he combines precise mechanical engineering know-how with a clear focus on efficiency, safety and sustainability.

As a representative of the new generation of technical managers, he stands for the balance between German engineering tradition and digital transformation — and is thus decisively shaping Heesemann's innovation strategy.

“For us at Heesemann, innovation means expanding proven precision through modular & digital solutions in such a way that our customers are ready today for tomorrow's requirements.” - Pascal Diller
